CONDITIONS OF SALE
- The above delivery charges are based on Case Equivalent Size of 48 x 18.75cl bottles or 12 x 75cl bottles. NB: A case of 24 x 18.75cl or 6 x 75cl bottles equates to a half (1/2) case for distribution purposes and costs. The order quantities apply to any mix of wines in case equivalents of 48 x 18.75cl bottles or 12 x 75cl bottles.
- The Distribution Tariff is additional on all Minicellar and 75cl products included in the attached price list dated April 1st 2006, which will be implemented on all orders following that date.
- The charges shown above do not include VAT which will be added to invoice at the rate ruling at the date of invoice.
- All orders should be placed with Grape Expectations (Ireland) Ltd (Fax 00 353 1 2130625 or email: isabelgrape@eircom.net & carolinegrape@eircom.net) on the attached Standard Order Forms and, to stock availability, deliveries will be made within 3 working days in Area 1 and 5 working days in Mainland UK from time of receipt of order.
- All payments should be made by Bank Transfer to Grape Expectations (Ireland) Ltd not more than 30 days from date of invoice. (See bank details on price list/invoice). Overdue monies are liable to interest at prevailing bank rates.
- Mixed cases of quarter bottles (e.g. 8 wines x 6 bottles of each) are available at an additional cost of £1.98 per case (4p/bottle) plus delivery.
- Collection of orders from London City Bond can be organised with no distribution tariffs by faxing the order to Grape Expectations (Ireland) Ltd (00 353 1 2130625) 48 hours prior to desired time of collection.
- A separate price list for Point of Sale and Merchandising items is available upon request.
- All goods purchased shall remain the property of Grape Expectations (Ireland) Ltd until all outstanding invoices are paid for in full.
- All invoices are based on the price per case as the bottle prices are to the nearest pence only.
- A signed delivery docket is an acknowledgement of receipt of an order and a commitment to pay in full for the signed for quantities.
